Work with us

Tell us what's going on.

The shortest path to a scoped engagement is a short form. Tell us where your data function is today and what brought you here. If we're a fit, we'll book a call. If we aren't, we'll point you at someone who is.

What happens next

Four steps from submit to scope.

The path from the form above to a written proposal — or a polite hand-off to someone better suited. No nurture sequence, no sales follow-up.

Step 01

You submit the form.

Five short fields. We capture the shape of your problem and a few details about your team. Roughly a minute.

Step 02

We read it.

Either 'yes, let's book a call' or 'here's the firm we'd recommend instead.' Saying no is a feature, not a bug.

Step 03

Thirty-minute intro.

We dig into the actual problem. No deck, no pitch. By the end you have a clearer read on whether we're a fit and what the engagement shape would be.

Step 04

Scoped proposal.

A written brief, scoped against your problem and budget. Take it to us, take it in-house, take it to a competitor — the brief is yours either way.

Common questions

A few things worth asking.

Quick answers to the questions that come up most. Anything else — put it in the form above.

What if we're not sure we're the right fit?

Submit anyway. We'll either confirm or recommend someone better suited. We don't take engagements we can't ship.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — standard mutual NDA on request before any specifics are shared. Send it with the inquiry or after the intro call.

What's the smallest engagement you'll take?

Diagnose is fixed-scope and fits most teams. Anything smaller and the audit isn't worth the time on either side.

What happens to the information we submit?

It lands in our private data layer. We don't share it, we don't add you to a newsletter, and there's no nurture sequence. If we follow up, it's because there's something real to talk about.
